Silsbee Fleet Group manages the full upfit process for every vehicle we sell. Much of the work can be performed by our in-house team at our facility. Some builds are coordinated through our certified partner network. Either way, you get a single purchase order, a single point of contact, and a vehicle delivered ready for deployment. If your agency has a preferred upfitter, we can coordinate delivery directly to them — we want the process to work the way you need it to.

Law enforcement upfit is our core specialty. Our in-house team builds full patrol packages, K-9 configurations, command vehicles, and unmarked builds to your agency’s exact requirements. Exterior lighting, interior wiring, consoles, camera systems, and communications infrastructure are all available at our facility. If you have a preferred upfitter, we’re happy to coordinate delivery to them instead.

Communications and technology infrastructure is one of our core competencies. Our team installs two-way radio systems, in-car video, MDT mounts, and antenna packages — handling all wiring, cable management, and power distribution. Vehicles leave our facility connected, tested, and ready. If your agency uses a preferred communications installer, we can coordinate delivery to them instead.

Our in-house team installs warning equipment, emergency lighting systems, and command infrastructure. All wiring is completed and all systems are programmed and tested at our facility before delivery. Agencies with a preferred upfitter can coordinate delivery directly to their shop.
